Shipping Processing Time

Order Processing:

• All orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges:

• All orders below 16000 PKR will have a shipping charge of 1000 PKR. Any order above 16000 PKR will be eligible for free delivery.

Delivery Estimates:

• Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan):
  • Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
    

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Order Confirmation:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Domestic Orders:

• Pine Crafts is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties applied to your order within Pakistan. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Damaged Items:

• Pine Crafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Address Accuracy:

• Ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information that results in the package being returned to us, we will reach out to you for an updated address and the package will be re-shipped at your expense.

Shipping Restrictions

Limitations:

• Currently, Pine Crafts does not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan. Certain items may be restricted or prohibited from being shipped to specific destinations within Pakistan. Please ensure that the items in your cart are eligible for shipment to your location.
